The Z3-HE1080-MOD supports full HD H.265 video encoding in streaming or storage modes. These combined features create an ideal platform for UAV solutions, low-latency and low bit-rate streaming and many other video streaming and recording applications.

Now available for purchase, the Z3-HE1080-MOD supports H.265 video encoding in resolutions up to 1080p60. Measuring only 68mm x 42mm, this powerful, production-ready module offers the latest in integrated processor technology combined with Z3 Technology’s reputation for compact, production quality embedded modules and software solutions.
Developed to reduce costs and shorten the design cycle, Z3 now offers the Z3-HE1080-RPS starter kit, featuring the Z3-HE1080-MOD, an Application (I/O) board, pre-loaded production software and supporting documentation. The Z3-HE1080-RPS starter kit allows HEVC encode of 1080p60 video through SDI or HDMI inputs, and encode of SD video through a composite input.
